{An excellent way to discover Haute Provence (south of France) while practising aikido}

Practise aikido in the dojo and in the nature with two State qualified instructors, regular students of Tamura Nobuyoshi Shihan, 8th dan of Tokyo Aikikai, who is worldwide well-known among the current best experts. One of the teachers contributed to five books on aikido including the three Tamura shihan’s ones. The programm of the training-course is constructed to lead you from the basis of aikido to its applications. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to discover kendo with a State qualified instructor of this speciality.

The seminar takes place in the charming medieval village of Montbrun-les-Bains which emerge above the lavender fields among the mountains. Outside the training periods, we will guide you, if you wish, in the visit of some of the most beautiful sites of this Haute Provence area (Mont Ventoux, Toulourenc Gorge, Nesque Canyon, Cire Cliffs where we shall meet vultures in the sky and on the rocks). And, if you prefer, you may enjoy resting at the swimming pool under the warm sun of Provence...

	PRICE: Full seminar (3 days): 16 hours aikido + half pension (nights + breakfasts + suppers including wine and coffee or tea ):108€ . Free camping is possible (in this case, the charge for aikido only is 40€).
	Accommodation in a typical Provence farm a part of which is available for lodging with dormitories and rooms, washrooms, showers and a nice swimming pool.
